Shaky Cyber Trigger Fingers
America's increasingly forceful posture on cyber espionage is not only raising the stakes for US-China relations; it is also fueling the proliferation of offensive cyber capabilities elsewhere. Given how easily a cyber war could be triggered accidentally, the US would be well advised to tone down its rhetoric.
